Our Approach
The concept of offering a Simple Path for both business and technical experts on an as needed basis is how we started and how the company name came to be.
Consulting firms are nothing new, but few offer such a variety for all the needs of a growing new business, including business admin, engineering, distribution, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, operations and so much more. And even fewer offer flexibility to structure to the needs of the client firm.
We customize each experience to the client. Our team is available as needed or pro re nata. Making the overhead and financial burden of having an expert less for our clients, thus encouraging business growth.

Our History
After 20 years in the medical device industry, our founder has seen many successes and failures amongst a varieties business structures.
During this time she worked in engineering, development, quality, regulatory, operations and even marketing. Most of her career was in start-up and developing companies. This instilled a deep understanding and appreciation for the importance of support personnel and collaborations.
Tawney's goal was to assemble a team of experts that shares this passion and drive.
